Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Velocity for using velocityos.xyz, the Velocity app and the services behind them. Please read it in full: it explains how your assets are held, what Velocity charges, the risks you take, and how disputes are settled.

1About these Terms#

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and VelocityOS (“Velocity”, “we”, “us” or “our”). They govern your access to and use of the website at velocityos.xyz, the Velocity app at app.velocityos.xyz, our emails and notifications, and every feature, service and piece of software we provide through them (together, the “Services”).

By creating an account, logging in, joining the waitlist or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data. If you do not accept them, do not use the Services.

Some features show additional terms, risk statements or limits in the app before you use them, such as the confirmation screen of a trade or the setup of a plan. Those form part of these Terms for that feature. If they conflict with these Terms, the feature-specific terms apply to that feature.

2Definitions#

Velocity WalletThe set of blockchain accounts we create for you and show in the app as one wallet, with its Cash, Invest, Trading and In transit parts.
Smart AccountA smart-contract account based on the Safe contract that we deploy for you on a supported EVM network (currently Base, Arbitrum, BNB Chain and Robinhood Chain), at the same address on each of them.
Signing ServiceThe separate, locked-down service operated by us that holds the signing keys for your Velocity Wallet and signs transactions only under the rules described in section 6.
Digital AssetsCryptocurrencies, stablecoins, tokenised stocks and other tokens or positions recorded on a blockchain or on a trading venue.
InstructionA request you make in the app to buy, sell, move, deposit into or withdraw from Earn, trade or withdraw, and any plan or setting you create that tells us to act automatically on your behalf.

Third-Party ServiceA blockchain, protocol, exchange, trading venue, bridge, token issuer, data provider or other service that we do not control and that the Services connect to.

3Eligibility and restricted locations#

You may use the Services only if all of the following are true:

  • you are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
  • you are not a person named on, owned or controlled by a person named on, or acting for a person named on, any sanctions list maintained by the United Nations, the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, India or any other relevant authority;
  • you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or organised under the laws of a country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine;
  • your use of the Services does not break any law that applies to you; and
  • you have not previously been suspended or removed from the Services.

Trading is restricted

The Trading feature (perpetual futures on Hyperliquid, including perpetuals that track stock prices, described in section 7) is not available to, and must not be used by, any person who is a resident of, located in or a citizen of the United States, any resident of or person located in the Canadian province of Ontario, or any person in a sanctioned country or territory. Hyperliquid applies its own access restrictions, and you must also comply with them.

Other location rules

Laws on Digital Assets differ from country to country and change often. You are responsible for knowing and following the rules that apply where you live. Token issuers, including issuers of tokenised stocks, may restrict who can hold or receive their tokens; you must comply with those restrictions. We may, at any time and without liability, restrict, suspend or withdraw any feature for people in a particular country or territory, including by using the country you give us, your IP address or other signals of your location. You must not use a VPN or any other method to hide your location in order to reach a feature that is restricted where you are.

4Your account#

Logging in

You can create and access your Account with a third-party login we support (such as Google or GitHub), with a one-time code sent to your email, or with your email address or username and a password. The Velocity login and profile are shared with wizzhq.xyz, which is run by the same team: the same Account works on both, and a change to your login or profile on one applies to the other. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what is shared.

Early access and the waitlist

During early access, the app is open only to people we invite. Anyone may log in, but if your Account is not on our access list you will see the waitlist instead of the app. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access or a date. We decide whom to invite at our discretion, and we may change or withdraw early access at any time. If we withdraw your access while your Velocity Wallet holds assets, we will make sure you can still withdraw them.

Keeping your account safe

  • Give us accurate information and keep your email address up to date: we send safety alerts and confirmation codes to it, and it is how you recover your Account.
  • Keep your login methods, your email account, your devices and any passkey, recovery phrase or backup wallet secure and private. Anyone who has them may be able to act as you.
  • Use only one Account, for yourself. You must not share, sell or transfer your Account, or use the Services on behalf of anyone else.
  • Tell us at once at contact@wizzhq.xyz if you think someone else has accessed your Account. The app also lets you freeze your Velocity Wallet instantly, sign out other devices and report through the public “This isn’t me” page that a recovery was not started by you.

We will never ask you for your password, a confirmation code or your recovery phrase by email, message or phone, and a link in our emails never asks you to confirm a transaction.

5What Velocity is, and what it is not#

Velocity is software that helps you hold, buy, sell, earn on and trade Digital Assets through blockchain accounts we set up for you and through Third-Party Services. We execute your Instructions; we do not decide for you what to buy, sell or trade.

Velocity is not a bank, a deposit taker, a broker, a dealer, an exchange, an investment adviser, a portfolio manager or a fiduciary. Assets in your Velocity Wallet are not bank deposits and are not covered by any deposit insurance, investor compensation or government protection scheme.

Nothing in the Services is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any Digital Asset. We do not guarantee any return, and you may lose some or all of the value you put in.

Scores, suggested splits, default settings, ready-made baskets, estimates, backtests and calculator results are general information produced by fixed rules applied to market data. They do not take your personal circumstances into account. You decide whether to use them.

Velocity does not sell real shares. A tokenised stock is a token issued by a third party that aims to track the price of a share, and a stock perpetual is a derivative that tracks a share price. Neither gives you ownership of the share, voting rights or a claim against the company, and the underlying share price is used only as a reference.

6Your Velocity Wallet and who controls it#

6.1 The accounts we create for you

When you start using the Velocity Wallet we create, for your Account: a Smart Account on each supported EVM network (Base is its home), a Solana account, a Bitcoin receiving address and a trading account on Hyperliquid. All of their keys are derived from one recovery phrase that is created for you inside the Signing Service. The app shows the deposit addresses for each network and coin that we currently support. Sending a coin or network we do not list as supported may mean it cannot be used or recovered through the app.

6.2 Who holds the keys

Unless and until you take control as described in 6.4, the keys that can move the assets in your Velocity Wallet are held by our Signing Service, not by you. This means Velocity has the technical ability to move those assets. We use that ability only to carry out your Instructions, within the rules below, and to protect or return your assets as these Terms describe.

The assets in your Velocity Wallet belong to you. We do not lend, pledge, rehypothecate or use them for our own account, and they are held in blockchain accounts created for you alone, not mixed with our own assets or other users’ assets.

6.3 The rules the Signing Service follows

The Signing Service runs as a separate process with its own keys and storage. It signs a transaction only if it matches fixed rules that the rest of our systems cannot change, including:

  • buys, sells, moves and Earn deposits go only to your own accounts, through contracts, tokens and routes we have reviewed and pinned for each network, with a minimum price checked against independent reference prices;
  • withdrawals go only to an address you have saved; a newly saved address can be used only after a 24-hour wait, with an alert to your email and a link to cancel;
  • money leaving your Velocity Wallet, and other sensitive actions, need your confirmation with your device lock (a passkey) or, where you have none or above certain amounts, a code sent to your email;
  • limits apply per plan run, per request, per order, per day and per withdrawal, and are shown in the app; and
  • a platform-wide breaker pauses all outgoing transfers to outside addresses if the total in an hour or a day goes above a set level.

These rules can delay or refuse an Instruction, including a withdrawal. We may change limits and rules to protect users. We will show the limits that apply to you in the app.

6.4 Taking control yourself

The Services offer ways to reduce or end your reliance on us. Each needs your device lock and is protected by a waiting period with alerts:

  • Backup owner. You can add a wallet you control as an additional owner of your Smart Accounts. After a 24-hour wait it is added on every supported EVM network, and from then on it can move the assets in your Smart Accounts on its own, without us. You can remove it at any time.
  • Own your wallet. You can make a passkey and a recovery wallet you control the owners of your Smart Accounts. After a 24-hour wait our key is removed as an owner on every supported EVM network. Afterwards we can no longer move the assets in your Smart Accounts, except through any limited permission and the optional rescue path that you approve during the switch. Some features, including automatic plans, may stop for an owned wallet; the app tells you which before you confirm. Your Solana account, Bitcoin address and Trading account are not changed by this switch and remain controlled through the Signing Service.
  • Recovery phrase. You can ask to see your recovery phrase. After your device lock and a 24-hour wait, it is shown to you. With it you can open your accounts in other wallet software without Velocity. Anyone who has it can take all your assets: keep it offline and never share it.

6.5 Recovery, freezes and the rescue path

  • Account recovery. If you lose access to your login, you can recover your Account through your email address. A recovery takes 7 days. During that time no assets can leave, no withdrawal address can be added and no owner can change, and we alert you on every channel you have set up. Anyone can stop a pending recovery at once from the public “This isn’t me” page, and the case is then reviewed by our team.
  • Freeze. You can freeze your Velocity Wallet at any time, instantly. While it is frozen no assets can leave and owners cannot change; closing a trade is never blocked. Unfreezing needs a code sent to your email and a 24-hour wait. We may also freeze a wallet while we review a report.
  • Rescue path. If you switch to “Own your wallet”, you may choose to keep a Velocity rescue: a recovery route, controlled by an offline wallet that we keep, which can restore access to your Smart Accounts only after a 7-day delay. During the delay you are alerted and can cancel it with your own wallet or passkey.

6.6 Your responsibilities

You are responsible for checking every address, network, coin and amount before you confirm. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. If you send assets to a wrong address, on the wrong network, or in a coin we do not support, we may be unable to recover them. If you take control of your accounts (6.4), you alone are responsible for keeping your passkey, recovery wallet and recovery phrase safe; if you lose them, we may be unable to help.

7The features#

Features are available only where and when we offer them in the app, and some may be limited during early access. The app describes each feature, its limits and its costs before you use it.

Cash

Cash is the US dollar stablecoin USDC held in your Velocity Wallet. It is a token issued by Circle, not money held by us and not a bank deposit. USDT received on Base may be converted into USDC automatically, at the cost shown on the Add money screen; the conversion waits instead if USDT trades more than 0.3% below one dollar.

Buying and selling

You can buy a coin or a tokenised stock once, or sell it, from your Cash. We route each order through decentralised exchanges and aggregators and set a minimum price; if the market moves beyond it, the order does not execute.

Recurring plans

A Plan buys for you automatically on the schedule and within the budget you set, until you pause, change or end it. In Fixed mode each buy has the same amount and split. In Flexible split mode the amount stays the same and the mix between coins moves a little within set bands. In Smart mode the amount of each buy moves between the minimum and maximum you choose, following a published score of how cheap or expensive a coin is against its own history. By setting up a Plan you instruct us to make each of its buys without asking you again. A buy may be skipped or delayed when your Cash is too low, when a price check or safety rule stops it, when a market is closed or a token issuer has paused it, or when a network or Third-Party Service fails.

Baskets

A basket is a set of coins with percentages that you choose or confirm. You can share a basket you create. Sharing a basket is not advice to anyone, and no one earns from others using it.

Earn

Earn is off until you turn it on. When you turn it on for a coin, we deposit that coin into, or convert it into the earning form offered by, a Third-Party Service such as a lending protocol (for instance Aave or a Morpho vault) or a staking token (for instance Lido’s wstETH or Jito’s JitoSOL). Rates are variable, set by those services and not by us, and are never promised. By turning Earn on, you instruct us to move your assets out of a source automatically when its terms get worse or a safety check fails, and back into the plain coin when you turn Earn off. Leaving a source can take time or cost money when it is in heavy use; the app shows the expected time and cost.

Trading

Trading lets you open and close perpetual futures positions on Hyperliquid, including on crypto assets and on stock prices, with leverage up to the level shown in the app. Your trading account on Hyperliquid is created for you, and orders are signed through our Signing Service. Per-order and open-position limits apply. A leveraged position can be liquidated by Hyperliquid, and you can lose all the margin in it. Trading is not available where section 3 restricts it.

Moves between networks and moves home

Some actions move assets between your own accounts on different networks through bridges, such as Across and Circle’s Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol (CCTP). Stablecoins and supported coins that arrive at your address on another supported network are moved home to Base automatically when the setting “Move deposits automatically” is on (it is on by default and you can turn it off). A move home waits while it would cost more than the limit shown in the app, and amounts below the minimum wait until more arrives. Coins other than dollars are never sold automatically when they arrive.

Deposits and withdrawals

You can send supported coins to the deposit addresses shown in the app, and withdraw to your saved addresses. Withdrawals are subject to the rules in section 6, and may be delayed by a waiting period, a freeze, a pending recovery, a limit or a breaker.

Estimates, backtests, scores and the calculator

Estimates, “if you had started” backtests, the calculator, expected-spend ranges, Earn projections and scores are based on past prices and simple approximations, and some combine data from different sources where a coin’s own history is short. They are labelled as estimates. Past results do not predict future results, prices can fall, and none of these figures is a promise, a forecast or advice.

Automation never acts on its own

No automated analysis, model or score moves your assets by itself. Assets move only on your Instruction, under a Plan or setting you created, or under the protective actions these Terms describe.

8Instructions and execution#

  • You authorise us to carry out each Instruction you confirm and each Plan and automatic setting you turn on, until you change or end it.
  • We show you the amount, the coins, the fees and the main risks before you confirm an Instruction. The confirmed figures are estimates of what will happen: prices and network costs can change before a transaction is included in a block, within the minimum price we set.
  • We may delay, refuse or cancel an Instruction where a safety rule, limit or price check is not met, where we suspect fraud, unauthorised access or a breach of these Terms, where the law requires it, or where a network or Third-Party Service is unavailable. We are not required to retry an Instruction that fails.
  • Once a transaction is confirmed on a blockchain it is final and cannot be reversed by us.
  • The app’s records of your balances and history are based on our reading of the blockchains and venues. If they disagree, the blockchain or venue record prevails, and we will correct our records.

9Fees and costs#

Velocity’s own fees are:

ActionVelocity fee
Invest buys (each Plan buy in every mode, basket buys, and Buy once in Invest)0.8% of the amount bought, added to the amount and shown in dollars before you confirm
Buying a coin or tokenised stock by hand0.05% of the amount, taken inside the swap
Selling a coin or tokenised stock by handNone
Trading: opening and closing a perpetual position0.05% of the position size, charged through Hyperliquid as a builder fee that you approve once
Earn: turning on, earning and turning offNone. Velocity takes no share of your earnings
Deposits, withdrawals and moves between your own accountsNone

Third parties also charge costs that we do not receive. Depending on the action, these include:

  • Network fees (gas). On Base and the other EVM networks and on Solana we currently pay network fees for transactions we send for you. On Bitcoin the network fee is taken from the amount sent. If we start passing network fees on, we will show them before you confirm.
  • Exchange costs. Pool fees of decentralised exchanges (such as Uniswap) and aggregators (such as 0x, KyberSwap and Jupiter), price impact and slippage up to the minimum price we set.
  • Bridge costs. Relayer and transfer fees of Across and CCTP. A move between your own accounts never costs more than the cap shown in the app.
  • Trading costs. Hyperliquid’s trading fees, funding payments between long and short positions, liquidation costs and its withdrawal fee.
  • Earn costs. Fees taken by the Earn source itself (such as a staking or vault fee), and the cost of leaving it.
  • Conversion costs. The cost of converting USDT into USDC on Base, shown on the Add money screen.

Every fee and cost we can know in advance is shown before you confirm. We may change our fees. We will give at least 30 days’ notice by email or in the app before a fee increase takes effect, and a change never applies to an action you have already confirmed. Fees are not refundable once the action has executed, except where a charge was made in error. If you believe a charge is wrong, write to contact@wizzhq.xyz within 60 days.

10Risks you accept#

Using Digital Assets carries serious risks. By using the Services you confirm that you understand and accept them, including:

  • Volatility. Prices of Digital Assets can rise or fall sharply and quickly, and may fall to zero.
  • Leverage and liquidation. Leverage multiplies gains and losses. A small price move can lead Hyperliquid to liquidate a position and you can lose all the margin in it. Markets can gap, and stop-losses may fill at worse prices.
  • Stablecoin and depeg risk. USDC, USDT and other stablecoins depend on their issuers and can lose their peg to the dollar, be frozen by the issuer or become illiquid.
  • Tokenised stock risk. The issuer of a tokenised stock can pause, freeze or reverse a token, including by court order, and the token may trade above or below the share price. Stock markets have trading hours and holidays.
  • Smart-contract and protocol risk. Safe accounts, exchanges, bridges, lending protocols, vaults and staking tokens are software. Bugs, exploits, governance decisions, oracle failures or economic attacks can cause partial or total loss.
  • Bridge risk. Moves between networks depend on bridges and their relayers, which can be delayed, stopped or exploited.
  • Earn risk. Lending and staking yields are variable. A lending market can be fully borrowed, which can delay withdrawals; a borrower default or a bad debt can reduce what you get back.
  • Blockchain risk. Transactions are irreversible. Networks can congest, fork, halt or be reorganised, and fees can rise suddenly.
  • Custody and security risk. While our Signing Service holds your keys, a compromise of our systems could affect your assets despite the rules and limits that bound it. A compromise of your email, devices or login can also lead to loss.
  • Third-party and outage risk. The Services depend on networks, venues, data providers, hosting and other Third-Party Services that can fail, change their terms or stop. Our own systems can also fail or be paused for safety, which can delay Plans, trades and withdrawals.
  • Data risk. Prices and scores may be late, wrong or missing, which can delay or stop buys.
  • Legal and tax risk. Laws and tax treatment of Digital Assets can change and may affect your ability to use, hold or sell them.

Only use money you can afford to lose.

11Third-party services#

The Services connect to Third-Party Services, including the Base, Arbitrum, BNB Chain, Robinhood Chain, Solana and Bitcoin networks, Safe, Hyperliquid, Uniswap, 0x, KyberSwap, Jupiter, Across, Circle, Aave, Morpho, Lido, Jito, token issuers, data and node providers. We do not control them, and we are not responsible for their availability, security, pricing, terms or conduct. Your use of a Third-Party Service through Velocity may also be subject to that service’s own terms, including Hyperliquid’s terms for Trading. A reference to a Third-Party Service is not an endorsement of it.

The public “Contracts we use” page in the app lists the contract addresses the Services interact with, so you can check them yourself.

12Taxes#

You are solely responsible for determining, reporting and paying any taxes that apply to your use of the Services, including on buys, sells, conversions, moves into or out of Earn, earnings and trading results. Our statements and activity history are provided for your convenience and are not tax documents or tax advice. Where the law requires us to withhold or report taxes, we will do so.

13Acceptable use#

You must not:

  • use the Services for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud or any other unlawful purpose, or with assets that come from crime;
  • manipulate any market, including by wash trading, spoofing or coordinated trading;
  • access another person’s Account, start a recovery for an Account that is not yours, or make a false report;
  • probe, scan, attack or overload the Services, get around a limit, waiting period or safety rule, or try to access keys, systems or data you are not authorised to access;
  • copy, scrape, reverse engineer or resell the Services, except as the law expressly allows; or
  • use automated means to create Accounts or join the waitlist.

If you find a security weakness, please report it privately to contact@wizzhq.xyz and give us reasonable time to fix it before telling anyone else.

14Suspension, restriction and closing your account#

We may suspend, restrict or close your Account or any feature, freeze your Velocity Wallet, or refuse an Instruction, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have broken these Terms, that your Account is at risk or has been accessed by someone else, that this is needed to comply with law, a court order or a request from a competent authority, that you are not eligible under section 3, or that continuing would expose you, other users or us to serious harm.

Unless the law or an authority prevents it, or we reasonably suspect the assets are connected to crime, we will let you withdraw the assets in your Velocity Wallet to an address you control after a restriction or closure.

You can stop using the Services at any time. To close your Account, withdraw your assets first and then write to contact@wizzhq.xyz from your Account’s email. Because the Account is shared with wizzhq.xyz, closing it closes it there too. Sections 5, 9, 10, 12 and 16 to 22 continue to apply after closure.

15If we stop the Services#

We may change, suspend or stop any part of the Services. If we decide to stop the Velocity Wallet altogether, we will tell you by email and in the app at least 90 days in advance. During that period you will be able to withdraw your assets to your saved addresses, close your positions and view your recovery phrase after the usual safety wait, and stopping the Services will not by itself move, sell or lock your assets.

16Intellectual property and feedback#

The Services, including the software, design, text, scores, logos and the Velocity name, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for your own purposes under these Terms. You may not use our name or logos without our written permission.

If you send us ideas, bug reports or other feedback, you allow us to use them freely and without payment to you. Baskets you share remain yours, and you allow us to show them to other users through the Services.

17Disclaimers#

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, and we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, title and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that any price, score, estimate or figure will be accurate or complete, that any Instruction or Plan buy will execute at a particular time or price, or that any defect will be corrected.

18Limitation of liability#

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we, our affiliates and our and their officers, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity, and we are not liable for any loss arising from:

  • a change in the price or value of any Digital Asset, or a decision you made using a score, estimate, backtest or other information in the Services;
  • the failure, congestion, fork, attack or exploit of a blockchain, protocol, bridge, venue, token issuer or other Third-Party Service;
  • a liquidation, or the delay, refusal or failure of an Instruction, under a safety rule, limit, waiting period, freeze or breaker described in these Terms;
  • your loss or disclosure of a login method, email account, device, passkey, recovery wallet or recovery phrase, or a transaction you confirmed to a wrong address or network; or
  • events outside our reasonable control.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid to us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim and (b) USD 100.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, and nothing in these Terms affects rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

19Indemnity#

To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify us and our affiliates, officers, employees and agents against any claim, loss, liability or cost, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your breach of any law or third-party right, or your misuse of the Services.

20Changes to these Terms#

We may amend these Terms. If a change is material, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect, normally at least 30 days in advance, and update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. A shorter notice may apply where a change is required by law or needed urgently to protect users or the security of the Services. If you continue to use the Services after a change takes effect, you accept it. If you do not accept it, stop using the Services, withdraw your assets and close your Account.

21Governing law and disputes#

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Services, including non-contractual disputes, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.

Before starting any proceedings, you agree to write to us at contact@wizzhq.xyz describing the issue and the outcome you seek, and both of us will try in good faith to resolve it informally for 30 days from that notice.

If the dispute is not resolved in that time, you and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

You and we each agree to bring claims only on an individual basis, and not as a claimant or class member in any class, collective or representative proceeding. Nothing in this section removes a right you have under mandatory consumer protection law to bring a claim in the courts where you live.

22General#

  • Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any feature-specific terms shown in the app are the whole agreement between you and us about the Services.
  • Severability. If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in force and that part is applied to the greatest extent allowed.
  • No waiver. If we do not enforce a right, that is not a waiver of it.
  • Assignment. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours to an affiliate or to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation or sale of assets, and we will tell you if we do.
  • Force majeure. Neither party is liable for a failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
  • Notices. We may give you notices in the app or by email to the address on your Account. Notices to us go to contact@wizzhq.xyz.
  • Language. These Terms are written in English. If they are translated, the English version prevails.

23Contact#

Questions about these Terms, notices and complaints go to contact@wizzhq.xyz. You can also report a problem from the app with “Report a bug”, or read our help pages and the Velocity guides. See also the section on disputes.
